Q: The wax does not get hot enough to roll smoothly.

Q: How do I know the wax is completely melted?

A: Shake the wax up and down. If it flows as smoothly as water, it is fully melted.

Q: Why my skin becomes red like a sunburn after waxing?

A: It is a normal situation that your skin may become red after waxing. Some areas are a little sensitive.
