Refund policy
We take the utmost care to pack your order in a way it will not get damaged in transit. We test all electrical units before we send it out. We also double check all items in your order that it is correct. However, we are human, and mistakes can be made. We will gladly help to the best of our ability as soon as you notify us to correct our mistakes.
Return Policy:
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product in its original package and get a refund, less charges or exchange the product for another one, be it similar or not. You can return a product for up to 7 days from the date you purchased or received it, on your own account (the purchaser will be liable for courier fees). Once received and inspected, you will then be refunded or allow to pick your exchange products. There will be a 15% handling fee, this is to cover the loss of fees charged to us, like Banking, Website, Payment fees, etc, if you wish to have a refund.
When does this policy not apply?
If the item is:

older than 7 days.
-
opened, unsealed, used or missing any accessories.

no longer have the original package or package was damaged.
Damaged / Defective / Incorrect Goods:
We will arrange the goods to be collected / swapped over at our expense.
All electrical items have a 1-month manufacture warranty from the day of purchase.
Videos or photos will need to be sent to WhatsApp 0824172217 to help fault find the problem to see if its faulty.
When does this policy not apply?
If the item is:

Any faulty products that have wear and tear on it, that relates to the product not working.

Missing accessories.

Package got damage in transit due to not being packaged well to return it.
- Items been taken apart / stripped. Original plug or parts been tampered with.
Please NOTE: It's the responsibility of the person who returns the product to make sure it's packaged well so that it doesn't get damaged in transit. If the box or product gets damaged or it is received in pieces you will NOT be refunded in full or at all.
Madz Nail & Beauty will not be held responsible for the incorrect use of any products nor any unwanted results. We are not responsible when you do not know how to make use of a product. No refunds or exchange will be given if you make use of a product incorrectly. If the product is faulty or used incorrectly you welcome to send us a video and we can advise or investigate if it was faulty. WhatsApp it to 082 417 2217.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 15 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 20 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
